DescriptionHoward Miller's timeless series "Meridian ClockThe majority of the ceramic case that serves as the dial is produced by the Italian pottery brand Bitossi. The green and red lines on the dial divide the clock into 12 equal parts, which also serves as a time display.The hour and minute hands, designed by George Nelson & Associates, are red to balance the lines on the dial.The penetrations that occur when the fired pottery is cooled down due to the difference in the degree of shrinkage between the glaze and the base of the pottery itself are also beautiful. The quartz movement has been replaced with a quartz movement powered by AA batteries.
