This is a one of a kind handmade Tibetan style prayer flags. They are made of ceramic by Portland, Oregon artist, Elisabeth Cook Sullivan. They were made in 2010. They are decorative flags that can be hung indoors or outdoors. It measures approximately 30 inches long x 4½". The condition is very good to excellent. There are no cracks or chips that were not part of the manufacturing process. The last photo is of the tag from a different set of flags by the same artist.
