It is made of polystyrene plastic and designed by Claus Jensen & Henrik Holbaek, Tools.About Atmosphere Globes:Globe-making started at Tecnodidattica in 1949 when father, Riccardo Donati and son, Renato experimented with handmade globes for educational purposes to add to their line of office supplies and stationery. Their success over the years resulted in globes becoming their sole business.Today, Tecnodidattica supplies the world with National Geographic Globes and this particularly fine collection of Atmosphere Globes. Largely still handmade, the globes are blown much like glass, and assembled on their bases using designs from various gifted designers and engineers.With particular attention given to cartographical accuracy,Tecnodidattica's chief mission is still education, as it was when they started.Made in Italy.Globe Diameter: 9.8"Height: 14.2"Color: Red OceanBase: Metal & Chromed SteelManufacturer: AtmosphereModel: AG-ANGLO-R SHIPPING INFORMATION We ship within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) and excluding holidays.
